Introduction
This species is found from British Columbia south to California (including Idaho) where it is found in "crevices of neutral to acidic rocks; mostly at middle elevations" (Vitt 2003). In British Columbia, it is found in the southwestern corner of the province, and also on the Queen Charlotte Islands.
